Venne, Ann
Hello!
My name is Ann Venne and I'm the ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) teacher at Dayton's Bluff! I'm so happy to be working with such a hardworking, dedicated staff and creative, energetic, inquizitive students!
This is my 20th year in the field of educaiton. I graduated from SCSU and have taught in both rural and urban settings for a variety of ages and subjects. I have had the opportunity to work with Pre-K, k-5, middle school and I've even taught 9th and 10th graders! I love working with Pre-k students. Their energy and curiosuity for the world around them is contagious. They love learning and are constantly discovering new concepts, objects and emotions. I feel very lucky to be able to work with your child and introduce him/her to what will hopefully become a lifetime of learning!
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, four chidren and my great dane/mastiff mix, Shelby. I like to keep myself busy and you'll usually find me going for walks, cooking, or making jewelry!
I look foward to getting to know you and your child! If you have any questions about our Pre-K program, please feel free to call or email!
